SENO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has officially settled in the “Chuangba” Innovation Park of the Airport Economic Development Zone, establishing Zhangjiakou’s first cell-based medical research center focusing on cell culture technologies. The center will specialize in areas such as cellular cosmetology, cell therapy, and third-party medical genetic testing. Upon full completion, the projected annual output value is expected to reach 200 million RMB within two years.
SENO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in both production and research, primarily dedicated to the development of gene-detection-related reagent kits and associated genetic testing services. The company is supported by a research team with extensive experience in life science, including four PhD-level specialists. Its annual production capacity for reagent kits is valued at over 10 million RMB.
The company has also established industry–academia–research cooperation bases with Hebei Agricultural University and Hebei North University to accelerate technology translation and application. Through these collaborations, SENO has successfully developed an African swine fever virus detection kit and a rapid GMO detection kit based on LAMP technology, achieving breakthroughs in qualitative African swine fever testing and rapid screening of genetically modified materials.
