PCR Reaction Setup:

• Reaction volume: 25 µL

• Mix: 23 µL Detection Reagent + 2 µL Sample DNA / Positive / Negative Control

• Real-time PCR cycling conditions:

  • 50°C for 2 min (UNG digestion)

  • 95°C for 5 min (denaturation)

  • 40 cycles of:

    • 95°C for 10 sec

    • 60°C for 35 sec (fluorescence read in FAM channel)

Compatible with ABI series and other qPCR instruments. ROX reference dye optional if needed.
