  • 50°C for 2 min (UNG digestion)

Sample Requirements:

• Tissue: Fresh liver tissue (≤100mg), homogenized in sterile water

DNA extraction should be performed with a validated kit such as DP202. Extracted DNA should be stored at 4°C (≤7 days) or –20°C (≤6 months).
