Kit Components:

PCR Protocol:

• Reaction volume: 25 μL (23 μL reagent + 2 μL sample)

• Thermal cycling:
  • 50°C for 2 min (UNG)
  • 95°C for 5 min
  • 40 cycles of:
     95°C for 10 sec
     60°C for 35 sec (fluorescence collection)

• Detection Channel: FAM

• Compatible with ABI and most real-time PCR instruments

Interpretation der Ergebnisse:

• Positiv: Ct ≤ 33 and S-curve present

• Verdächtiger: 33 < Ct < 38 – retesting recommended after ruling out inhibitors or contamination

• Negativ: No Ct or Ct ≥ 38 with no S-curve

Positive and negative controls must meet QC criteria for results to be valid.
